The Housing Authority of the City of Moultrie announces that on December 12th, 2023 the Public Housing Authority shall make available for public review a draft copy of components of its Five-Year and Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.
These documents will be available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 pm at the PHA Administration Office located at 800 4th Ave. S.E., Moultrie, Georgia.
The Moultrie Housing Authority has scheduled a public hearing to be held on January 16th, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. in the Administration office located at 800 4th Ave. S.E. At this time, the Public Housing Authority shall receive and consider all comments prior to finalization of their Agency Plan.
