I have been listening this last week to the words of Bob Jones, reviewing the in- formation that he received from the Lord regarding the end times. Bob went home to
glory in 2014, but his ministry in the prophetic lives on and continues to point the way. One of his foundational scripts was that of a move- ment of young people that would usher in the glory of the Lord globally. He de- scribed these kids as being committed and holy, on fire for God. Movements would be completely organic, not orchestrated by religious or- ganizations and well known pastors and leaders. That it may start with one person who prays for another by faith, and healing manifest- ing immediately. That healing would draw others, until the expansion was explosive.
Many of the words that Bob had were given to Mike Bickle in support of Mike’s work with youth at Inter- national House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri. More accurately, Bob described the IHOP before Mike even had a conception of it. He

The point that Bob sought to drive home to Mike was that we are the generation that should be preparing and fathering this current gener- ation of kids who have been born “for such a time as this.” DamonThompson’s mini- stry in Mobile, Alabama is fo- cused on the very same thing - spiritual fathering of the young people that have been entrusted to us. Rais- ing them up without “reli- gious” constraints or indoctrination, but to know God as the sublime Father who counts each of us as in- valuable treasure. We are His beloved, and He calls us
righteous by the work of Jesus, with that position being a legal one that is in- tended to call us into position experientially. When we (and our children) start FROM a place of Beloved Righteous- ness as our identity, we do not operate by default from lesser positions designed to “earn” our way into His love. WE ARE ALREADY LOVED.
Our mandate is to share our understanding of God’s goodness with the ones in our sphere of influence, to point them always to our King. The lesser things of earth are fading away quickly, and the pervasive materialism of this genera- tion could be wiped out over- night just as we have seen in the last week with Israel and the Gaza Strip.
